What brings you joy in life?

Joy? Every time I hear the word, I think of one of the many 90's gospel songs. Between Georgia Mass Choir's version, where Kirk Franklin directed and added a few vocals, and Rev. James Moore and the Mississippi Mass Choir, I knew about joy as a young girl.

Growing up, the things that brought me joy were all materialistic items that I outgrew over the years. Over the years, the things that brought me joy changed with my age and interests. In these times, I get joy from the simple things: being around people that I love and love me, alone time, simply breathing...you know the things we tend to take for granted because it's second nature for us.
